Dear readers, I’ve got a new style crush to share and I’m sure it won’t come as a surprise. While Amal Clooney has possessed an incredible style for the entirety of her life, it is only now that its come to center stage after her recent marriage to George Clooney. Ever since the recent celebrity marriage, it’s Amal’s style that has caught America’s eye. She’s got a striking minimalism that is interspersed with contemporary trends. Amal’s style is a bit Kate Middleton but with an edgy flair. She’s got the elegance of Kate but the ability to be edgy with her pattern mixing, fringe love and leather liking.
Today, I’ve put together some of my favorite looks that she’s been spotted in which encompass her ability to balance classic staples and bold trendy pieces. Take a look!

This look is the epitome of minimalist chic. Here, she’s on trend with her wide-legged, high-waist trousers, crop top (but conservatively cropped!) and that lovely spring hat! Her neckline is conservative but her look is far from stuffy. She’s a great example of how we can style modestly but still look flawlessly trendy.

I love her vintage flair, here. Again, we see her wearing a super trendy print with a classic cut. Don’t you remember me talking about gingham for spring? Her subtle sneaking of trends in a modest style is what gives her look an ere of elegance.

Has a tweed suit ever looked so fantastic? If you caught my post earlier this spring, you know that I am currently on the hunt for a cropped tweed piece just like the one she’s rocking in this look. I adore how she’s taken a bold suit and paired it with a nude heel. That’s not just any nude, though. Take notice that even down to her toes, there’s trendiness! She is rocking a cut-out, pointed toe style that is completely on-trend this season.

Last, here she is looking ever so trendy! A woman who can go from tweed suit to leather leggings? That is a true style icon. And, dear readers, you have to agree that it doesn’t make my eyebrows perk up with such a drastic change in style! She’s carrying a bold, animal print purse, mixing textures and taking risks. That’s what style is all about, isn’t it? Oh, I just love her versatility!

While, I certainly won’t be affording any of what she actually wears, I will be taking all these lovely photos and using them for some serious style inspiration for my Goodwill adventures.
