It is finally feeling like Spring, which means we can swap heavier weighted items but lighter ones. The winter felt harsh with the “snowcrete” we experienced and the bitter cold temperatures. Now the DC weather has been milder with plenty of sunshine.

My wardrobe is versatile and contains all sorts of treasures. However, I have been leaning into wearing more athleisure outfits because they are comfortable. In the past, athletic wear was only used for exercise or PE classes in grade school. Now you can even see it on the runways and being used in more formal events.

Athletic wear can be expensive retail, so finding items at Goodwill feels like a steal or score. I always search the section for treasures. I recently found a brand-new, tag-on Nike snakeskin bodysuit in my size. It could be worn to work out; however, I had other intentions to pair it in a more sporty fashion. I wore the bodysuit with a pair of coordinating Nikes, sunglasses, and a red lip for a pop of color.

I was unable to find the bodysuit at retail pricing, however, I was able to find it for second-hand for $50.00. However, it was a mere $7,49 waiting for me at Goodwill.

Jazz up your athleisure from Goodwill!
