I can’t believe the year is over, fashionistas!
This year has surely been eventful from trunk shows to our now monthly meet ups… among other things. It’s been so productive and FUN!
But the best part about this year was meeting all of you readers and making new friends all while spreading the Goodwill mission to the DC fashion community.
When Goodwill of Greater Washington asked me to write as the DC Goodwill Fashionista over a year ago, my life changed in an incredibly amazing way. The feeling I had when I got the opportunity still resonates like it happened yesterday. And for that, I am forever grateful! There’s nothing like doing what you love with the people you love and helping a cause that’s beloved to you….all simultaneously.
To share some of the nostalgia and bitter-sweetness that I’m feeling, here’s a snapshot of the most popular posts of 2016 with y’all.

MODAGE- Where Modern Meets Vintage, Heart, Print, & Style, What I Wore: tip 2 toe!, Spicy Candy DC, and Wardrobe Oxygen at Edited Trunk Show.

This year’s trunk show was a hit, as usual! With hundreds of attendees, DC blogger racks, and Time Kimes’ gorgeous furniture this installment was surely one to remember. I loved shopping with my fellow DC fashion experts to curate the show! My love goes out to all you ladies!

7) The DCGF Has Moved to DC!
This feels like it happened just yesterday!  I moved into Columbia Heights, DC in October with Goodwill’s help! Everything from packing supplies to furniture, Goodwill help me all along the way.
