I am a firm believer that items that pique my interest can be found in the thrift store for less.
Recently, a few items on my thrift wish list were manifested, including an Anthropologie Farm Rio sweater. As a woman who rocks a short haircut, trucker hats work best for my head shape. I recently found a colorful trucker hat that I originally found on Poshmark and added to my like list. It is hunter green with bright pink lettering that reads La Croix Lover. I love sparkling water instead of soda to cut down on sugar intake.
During a random trip to the Ashdale store in Dale City, VA; I found the exact same hat in brand new condition waiting for me on the racks. The Poshmark seller listed the hat for $20. I scored it from Goodwill for a steal of $3.99!

This post is not just about the hat but more about being persistent in your thrifting. Thrifting is a treasure hunt for me, and I love finding items that I didn’t know I loved or needed. I challenge you in 2025 to manifest or create a wish list of items that you can find at Goodwill’s nonprofit stores!
