Happy Pride 2025, my fellow gifted thrifters and thrifty gifters!
It’s June – first month of Summer, Sivan and Tamuz of 5785, Pride Month; month of Give Out Day, Shavuot, Juneteenth, Fathers Day, the Summer/Estival Solstice / MidSummer, and the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots!
I’m a proud (nonbinary) trans and queer (and bi) person and advocate. And Pride and protest are more important than ever this year. But what to wear? Some thrifted rainbows are a must. And DC Goodwill has rainbow dresses, online and off – the first three I photographed at my local Goodwill right here in Gaithersburg (and I would have bought the first one if it had been in my size).
