Every so often, I see collections and trends from cool designers and am encouraged to support them.
The Future Collective Kahlana Barfield Brown at Target took the world by storm and was worn by all the girlies. I patiently waited to find one of her items and couldn’t believe that I finally found it at Goodwill.
While browsing the dress section at the Arlington, VA Columbia Pike location, I saw the houndstooth fabric peeking out from the racks. I could not believe it was there, in my size and in such great condition. I quickly tried the coat on along with a purple plaid shacket that fit great. The brown, blue, and black in the coat make it great to wear with different colors and mixed prints. The best part is that the coat cost $13.49 which is a fraction of the original price!
I have yet to style the coat but know it will be hitting the streets soon. Everything from leggings and combat boots to a dress and heels can go effortlessly with the coat. This is your first 2023 reminder to check each section of your Goodwill store; you never know what you may find!
