Fashionistas, have you ever seen a dress at the store that you were fascinated by, because of it’s cut, shape and overall design? Well, this dress did that for me.
When I saw this sculptural beauty on the Goodwill racks, I couldn’t help but notice it’s avant garde design, sculptural and modern neckline and it’s rigid yet feminine shape.
I knew this dress was unlike any other dress by a name brand, so I had to pick it up and Google the brand.
2 b. Rych is a contemporary designer line known for it’s edgy and futuristic styles and designs. The line is sold at stores such as Nordstrom and Neiman’s, and their clothing items originally retail for at least $150+ a dress or blouse.
So when I learned this about today’s #MyGoodwillFind, I was ecstatic to share this with you all!
This is a sleeveless black dress in a size large, designed with a sculptural fabric neckline. When worn, it will hit just above the knee, making it a great dress for a night out with the girls.

When wearing this black dress, I’d either opt for going the edgy and mod outfit route, or a more spunky playful one.

By mod route, I’m talking a more clean and cohesively monotone look. All black shoes, sculptural basic shaped-earrings…the whole nine yards.
For shoes, I’d choose to wear a pair of gladiator style sandals or tall platform sandals in the summer sun. For gems, I think dangly earrings with rigid iconic shapes would look good. Fun earrings will further play up the top half of your look, without drawing too much attention away from the neckline of the dress.
In a spunky look, I envision color being embraced through color block wedge shoes and artistically playful dangly earrings. Lately, tassel dangly earrings have been all the rage and they can be found at Goodwill for about $3 a pair. A pair of pink, yellow, or blue ones would contrast nicely against the black canvas of today’s dress.
