Unique skirt OOTD with matching colors throughout the look. Had to tie in the pinks and cranberries!

I am convinced that you can find just about anything at Goodwill! It is always a treasure hunt for me to discover what I can find.

It also perplexes me about items that people will purposefully give away.

So many prints!

I recently went on a trip to the BowieGoodwill location and took some time perusing the skirt section of the store.

As spring is approaching, it is time to put the corduroy and wool away and slip on some breathable materials like cotton and silk.

As I searched the store, I first found a short and whimsical African inspired navy and hot pink mini full skirt that immediately took my heart. I rushed to the fitting room in hopes that it would fit because the size tag was missing.

As I was heading that way, I also found two dashiki style maxi skirts on the new rack that was just wheeled from the back area. YES!

I snatched those up as well and headed to the fitting room before I found anything else.

To my surprise, the mini skirt fit very well and hugged all in the right places.

However, the maxi skirts were too big. Despite the fact that those didn’t fit, I know they will go to a good home.

Ethnic clothing is always so original and colorful.

It catches your eye and draws in attention from others.

Most African inspired clothing is handmade and on of a kind. It was amazing to find such a great skirt in Goodwill for only $6.00!

This shopping trip turned out to be a great day!
