Dearest fashionistas, the one thing every Goodwill lover needs in their wardrobe is a well-made and versatile printed pencil skirt that  you can wear to the office with or without tights.

Today’s #MyGoodwillFind is just that! I already wish I had this olive and cream leopard print J Crew pencil skirt in my wardrobe! In a size 4 the silk fabric combined with the knee-length cut is conservative enough for the office, yet playful enough to still make a statement.

At full retail price, this skirt was probably originally $70+, because of its quality and uniqueness.

If I were to style this gem at the office this season, I’d consider adding in more color to the look or sticking with a monotone all-black palate.

Instantly, a dark shade of burgundy pops into my mind as one of the best colors to pair with this olive wardrobe necessity. Whether it’s a blazer or pair of shoes, this juicy muted tone will add one more dimension to a funky office ensemble.

Along with burgundy, a deep magenta or purple will do the trick as well, adding luscious warm reds to the cooler muted look.

If adding color is not your thing, try mixing different textures of black tops and jewelry. Black never goes wrong in an outfit, and when you alter fabrics such as laces and meshes, you add more complexity to a what-could-be flat black outfit. At Goodwill stores, black silk sheer tops with a tie or ruffle are quite easy to find.

At the risk of not looking too gothic, a pair of nude pumps will soften the sharp black look. To add one last dash of flair, a pair of vintage or contemporary dangly earrings will top off this spicy look.
