It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! I hope that the spring season brings you the overflowing, abundant happiness that it always brings to me. The tulips peaking through the cold dirt, the tiny buds that begin to emerge and the chirping birds all seem to parallel my style groove. I always seem to rediscover my style come spring – it is lovely! I rediscover my love for color and patterns when the weather warms up. Does anyone else have similar feelings?
Today, I am spreading the springy joy with six more items that you can find under $6.00 at Goodwill that will help put the light back in your style.
Fun Footwear. Goodwill has you covered for any and everything you need to up your shoe game for spring. The pair below were spotted for $6.98. The color and pattern make these a fabulous transitional piece with the contrast of the gray and floral. There will be tons of fabulous flats which are almost always under $10 too. Yay!
Springy Scarves. The most affordable way to spice up your spring wardrobe is to layer on some fun accessories. I spotted this brand new scarf for only $2.98 at Goodwill. I love the unique chick print and color combination! This would be a great conversation piece for spring.
Bright Bottoms. Women’s bottoms are only $5.99 at all the Goodwill of Greater Washington stores. If you are looking for a little spring color for your closet, grab a pair of printed or solid bright pants or crops. I’ve found J.Crew Minnie Crops at Goodwill for this price and they retail for upwards of $80. Now that is a spring score!
Fabulous Floral Frocks. Okay, so dresses are a hair over $6.00 but I had to show you an amazing example of the spring frocks that await you on store shelves. I spotted this brand new dress with $79.99 tag for $8.99 at Goodwill. Tell me this isn’t the most gorgeous print you’ve ever seen. It would be perfect for a spring wedding!
Textured Layering Pieces. This Ann Taylor top was scored by one of the Meetup Style Mavens. Tonya found this piece for $4.99 and it was brand new with the original tags. Adding layers of color, texture and print will bring your look to life for spring. And, let’s be honest, you can’t beat a $5 anything!
Floral Travel Accessories. I snagged this fun Lily Pulitzer cosmetic bag at a recent trip to Dale City Goodwill for only $4.99. This piece would be perfect for travel lotions and potions. You can’t find these anywhere for less than $10 – except for Goodwill, of course. Isn’t this a great print for spring?
