As the years rolled by, I would mostly thrift with my parents and by myself during college. As a loner, hanging out by myself never bothered me, but having like-minded individuals to thrift with is a form of self-care for me. 

Each trip I plan, I always check out the thrifting options in that area, especially Goodwill.

I found great titles, including Maya Angelou’s Even The Stars Looks Lonesome. I also purchased two other fiction books for my entertainment. One of the books was brand new, and each was 50 cents!

As I went through the aisles, black and white stripes peeked out in the pajama section. Black and white is my favorite color combination that I love to wear because it is a classic. It happens to be a two-piece set from La Ligne X Target collaboration.
